Can't play with friends?

Hi me and a friend got this game. We added each other as friends on GfWL, but when we invite each other to game it does not do anything, and we sit in empty lobby inviting each other but it doesn't work.

Anyone know how to fix this? :confused:

silly question, but do you use GFWL or Steam to send the invite?

More stupid questions:
1. Are you both playing on PC?
2. Are you both login into GFWL at the same time? And answering the invites?
3. Are you friends on the same GFWL profiles you are using?
4. Both running the game?

A buddy and I have this same problem with invites through GFWL. We can join any other game but not each others.
