Hi, I'm kind of new to the game only put 14 hours in and i still don't get a lot of the mechanics of the game.

I think i made a mistake

Should i re load or tough it out as a learning experience? otherwise, I'm having fun and trying to form Germany is a lot of work.

Stick with it as long as you feel you are learning/having fun. When that stops restart. that's pretty much what I would do for any strat game its better to learn by doing and all that:).
Just about to start this game myself today though so don't take my word as Gospel.
