Category vs tags

While looking through the workshop I discovered some mods that seem to have been categorized at random. (Some even select all categories) while having a classification system is great, I think a Tag Cloud system may eventually prove more effective by giving the categorization of mods to the masses and possibly limit the number of times we see the same mod just because someone listed it in multiple categories.

I would like this as well. I watch a lot of youtube videos that highlight the best mods and it's kind of difficult to find those mods by browsing page by page.
