Crazy machines: Elements not working at all

Just bought Crazy Machines: Elements and it doesn't even install. The only way I can get to it is via the store page and when I click "PLAY NOW" it says:

Preparing to launch valvetestapp206410

And then says the game is unavailable!

the steam servers might be busy, best thing to do is reboot steam and try again later.

Well.. Ok so now Steam seems to be installing "ValveTestApp206410". I suppose I can live with it being called by the wrong name but for heavens sake where is any support from Valve/Steam?
