They'll become available when they are released.

Frome the game description in the Steam store:
"Episodes 1-3 are available immediately upon purchasing the full season with the remaining episodes being delivered monthly thereafter. Updates will automatically be downloaded and applied via the Steam client which will allow new episodes to appear in the in-game menu."

Episodes 4 and 5 are already out on IPad, so I am sure they will come to PC soon.
