Need help,game crash on start up.

The game never run.

My pc CAN run it and i use Win LIVE already with Section 8 and other games.
My SO is a W7 64 SP1

What i have already tried:
Reinstall of course
Run the following installers: (suggest by steam support)
...\Steamapps\common\mortal kombat arcade kollection\support\DirectX\DXSETUP.exe
...\Steamapps\common\mortal kombat arcade kollection\support\Gfwlivesetup.exe
...\Steamapps\common\mortal kombat arcade kollection\support\vcredist_x86.exe
