Unusual long loading times!

Hi ppl! A friend has recently bought this game and every time he launches the game or a map is loading he has to wait for like a minute or so, is this normal? Or there´s some kind of fix?

We already have numerous threads on this issue. And no, there's no real fix. Games need time to load.
