View Full Version : All of you idiots complaining have no idea what you're talking about.
I haven't had a SINGLE problem with this game. Not a single one. I don't know what you noobs are doing to your computers, but maybe you should research before you post any more stupid bull♥♥♥♥.
The game is running perfect on:
Intel Core i7-3960X Extreme @ 4Ghz
ATI Radeon 7970 Crossfire
24GB DDR3 2000
512GB x 2 Solid State Drives

I don't see the merit in this.
My computer would cost around €800 to build and it runs fine. No hitches, no problems or bugs that i've ran into.
Honestly, if you're running on a Core 2 Duo desktop you should be looking into an upgrade. Dual Cores are pretty ancient and not very worthwhile for gaming, if at all. If any game has recommended specs listed as a quad core, regardless of minimum being single core or whatever else, you better expect to play the game on low resolution or settings toned down a lot if you don't have a quad core.
Ironic how the thread title should be applied to the Original Poster.

in his attempt to troll, it looks like he forgot that the X79 does not use triple channel memory. people that get those platforms will normally have 16gb or 32gb of ram.

Runs great for me, on both my systems. I've played about 6 hours into the game. Only issue is motion blur. The desktop plays it very easy. I get up to 185fps with vSync off. The laptop, on all medium, 720p, lags when there is a ton of physics, but still averages about 40fps.
Desktop:
Sabertooth X79 Mobo, i7-3930K @ 4.4GHz, 16GB DDR3 @ 2.2GHz (QC), 2xGTX 570 SLi, Win7 Pro x64
Laptop: Alienware M11x R3
Core i5-2467 @ 2.2GHz (TB), 8GB DDR3 @ 1.6GHz (DC), GTX 540m 1GB, Win7 Pro x64.
P.S. to the above post, X79 will run Single, Dual, Triple, and Quad Channel memory. 24GB of ram works on X79.

sure the X79 can run it in triple channel but anybody spending that much money on hardware would have enough sense to use the quad channel setup. it just looks like he was was trying to list all the highest end components and messed up.

I'd have to agree with Adde, I have a 3 and a half year old system and I'm able to play this game maxed out with absolutely no issues! I must say I'm quite impressed with the graphics engine and how smooth this port is running.
Back a few years ago when this game was announced it was suppose to be a PC title. Good ole MicroSoft steps in a takes it away from us (MS has killed PC gaming more than anything in my opinion) Now here it is 2012 and the game comes out of the blue with barely any advertising or promotion and I'm happy it did. Remedy made a couple of my favorite games (Max Payne 1 and 2) and now I'm glad I have the chance to play this on my platform of choice rather than the outdated overhyped Xbox360. Many think they released the game on PC out of desperation because the 360 port didn't sell well but whatever the case I'm happy it's here.

I have a 16 core, with a 10 meg pipe. I need the faster response times for the newer online games. There's a lot of people after my high scores.
My name is MaxDestructo (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRhGPVYRsOY)!
I single-handedly killed the entire ♥♥♥♥♥ horde from Mile of Gorditas in BloodFun 6.
Please don't feed the trolls. He probably doesn't even own that PC anyway.
