Stamina, Magicka, Health wont regenerate NOT VAMPIRE

Any help Steam? My characters Stamina, Magicka, Health wont regenerate on their own, which is a big problem. My character has lycanthropy (is a werewolf) and many days have passed since so i highly doubt this is vampirism. Suggestions??

Did you check your active effects?

checked all my active effects, there is nothing that is active that affects my health/magicka/stamina regeneration. any other solutions?

Try to use a shrine. It's a very uncommon issue, you probably messed up with console commands.

Thanks for the advice. I used a shrine, nothing changed. I havent played around with the console commands, i dont even know how to. Any suggestions?
