Pre-order Urban Specialist Kit not showing up

Ok I pre ordered the game and recieved the Urban Specialist Kit when I first played, I have recently started a new game, got to order from Bobby Ray but the kit wasn't there to order, I though maybe it just showed up in the container with the first delivery , but it still isn't there. My question is: Can they only be used in one game, or am I missing something? If DLC can only be used once then you will have a hard time selling them even if they are only $2, it is bad enough there is no way to repair the clothing from a DLC, but to only be able to use them in one game also, I hope I am just missing something.......

They just get delivered somewhere after you liberate the airfield right? Usually when you're doing the next mission or something.

Happened to me when I restarted my game as well at least.

I can't quite remember if I actually ordered them from Bobby Ray or not, but I know they were either in the delivery crate or in the shop in the airfield, and so far nothing yet....gonna go play and liberate cambria then check back, maybe I'm just expecting them too soon.

Ok it is just a matter of time. I cleared the airport, let time go by fast till 7am and checked my e-mail, it was delivered to the airport, just took a bit.

It always shows up at 6-7 AM on Day 1 for me.

It shows up at 4:00 AM automatically. Check your e-mail.
