Are the DLCs for the xbox version included already in the PC's version? The only additional content I saw that was included was Dev commentary, soundtrack, and "PDF" (artbook i assume).
I've already bought the game and all the DLCs when they originally came out, and not interested in buying the game a second time unless they are included.

And yes that's why this is a great deal for the price.. To be honest even though this is a 2 year old game the price is beyond a must have for anyone a fan of Silent hill, Resident evil, FEAR etc type gamers... Don't miss this one it was well ported..

Don't worry, the DLCs are part of the core product, and not only of the Collector's Edition
