How to fly?

Im in a map called Atomic. Its a moded map and I see people flying very high. How do I fly and what do I need to type in the console?

try typing bind f +jetpack into the console. Or try typing noclip into the console. The best thing to do is ask the people on the server.

and both commands dont work I tried them
