Tixa Prison - Can't find the 2nd sector Key [Spoilers]

So I've found the 1st sector key and liberated Shank, now I need to liberate Matt's brother but I can't seem to find the key. If anyone has found it, can you point me to it's direction? Seriously I've run the place like 5 times.

It is in an office by the front of the prison.

I'm sorry I just really can't find it, checked all the offices I could, is it outside the prison map?

Both keys are in that sector. Can't remember where, but they are there.

Actually it is in the office just to the outside of the Cell Block area in a desk, not the one toward the yard but the one that is closer to the rest of the prison. I am not sure how to post a screenshot in the forum.

Thank you for all the trouble Phantom. Actually, I was kinda raging around and I've decided to look all the checked caches AGAIN (I don't take everything from the enemies I killed, only the things I need). Turns out the key was near a door to exit the prison, on ground, I think an enemy dropped it, or maybe me by mistake? Dunno, Sorry for all the trouble :D
