What order should I play the games in?

In my research to find as spoiler free answer to this question, I've found two replies:

The games were released in order of:
Legacy, Unbound, Convergence

However, the game chronologically follows:
Unbound, Legacy, Convergence

I don't know if my information is right, but I'd love to get started on this trilogy. Can anyone offer some spoiler free advice? Thanks in advance.

Nevermind, I found the answer from the devs themselves:

Hi Xola! Developer of the game, here.

The order by release date is:

Blackwell Legacy
Blackwell Unbound
Blackwell Convergence
Blackwell Deception

Blackwell Unbound is a "prequel" and is technically the first chronologically, but it flows better to play them in the order they were released.
