There appears to be a problem with some units.
I'll take the Swingfire firing Striker as an example.
In the real world the tactics these units would use would be to sit behind a ridge and to send the controller to the ridge. They would then spot, fire and guide the missiles onto their target.
In other words, properly placed the enemy couldn't see the Strikers and at range there would be little chance of spotting the controller- especially as there's no missile blast from their location to give them away.
This is how lightly armoured Strikers survive for more than 60 seconds.
In the game this is just completely ignored. Strikers are basically tank fodder.
Such a shame the devs completely ignored this.
