Currently, the map name is at beta 3: coop_resident_evil_sg_zb3.
The release for zb3 was around 2/15/2012.
The map is a HL2DM map for servers running coop. It's a zombie beta(zb) map. It's based on the movie. Sounds and music are from the movie too. There are CSS props and one newer texture added for use on the columns. Vorts use a texture change for skin and pupil. Background ambience sound is played and stopped when the music is triggered to loop until the math counter is hitmaxed and then it will be triggered to replay again and so forth until the map ends.
Being that the current Source Engine is limited on System Resources and still being developed; I think this map will crash depending on the number of clients; hence, feedback is needed. It will not play on Steam GUI because of the zombies and should crash within seconds. This map may be able to be played on HL2 single player, if interested; although, there is no info_player_start entity and you may be found at coordinates 0,0,0. Entity structure is for Multiplayer and not Singleplayer, so some entities may not function properly (example: weapons and items respawn).
The map is being made available on GameBanana(aka,FPSBanana) for screenshots and download.
The map needs some server testing and constructive comments to make it more refined and playable.
1. Need to know if map crashes on servers running coop?
2. Are there any areas of heavy lag?
3. If map crashes...at what point in map?
4. Should background ambience be removed?
5. Should NPC count be lessened in some areas?
6. Are there any unknown problems or glitches in map?
