Game wont start / first loadscreen never ends

Hey Guys :-)

i bought the game on steam two days ago. After steam installed the game, i pressed play, the game starts and i see the first loadscreen with a random picture.
But this loadscreen never ends. I've waited up to 40 Minutes and nothing happens.

Already tried to start it with the '-32bit' option and "verified the game cache'.
After that, i updated my chipset, graphic & windows drivers.

Nothing works.

My System:
Win7 Prof.

Core i7 2600k
Nvidia GTX 570
16 GB DDR3 Ram
Mainboard: Intel P67

Just to paste your information on from the RWS forums:

Have the solution for me!
I changed the energy-saving settings so, that everything has full power (best performance) and now my game runs. sometimes i had the problem, that some programs wont start after a random period of time. That should be fixed too.

Now the load screens are ~10secs
