My dynasty has been ruling Bohemia for a good 100 years and my score is now close to 10 000. I don't really know what to do though. Can't usurp any title because everyone close to me is part of the HRE. Can't declare any wars either, because there's always some reason blocking it (country not independant and etc). So, I just let pass the time, get huge amount of money, build castles, etc.

Any suggestions on what I should do to make things more interesting?

If you want to go to war you could always forge claims.

when you see 'country is not independant', click on the person's liege, he's the one you should declare war to.
Other ways to find reasons to go to war other than forge claims (which is not even the best way), is to click on surrounding areas, click their shields, click on 'claimants' and see who's willing to join you (green thumbs up), after they do, you can war for their claims and if you win, they'll join you as vassals.

not always though, I have tried waging war but after winning the "clamant" (the dude) just became a independent country... so I always make a extra save before inviting someone to my court and wage war...

I've found that if you are declaring war for a claimant you invited to court, you need to declare war on just the single county they have claim to. If you are a duke an you declare war for a claimant on the whole duchy they have a claim on, when you win the war the claimant will just become an independent duke. You are just helping the claimant become a duke equal to you. If you just declare war for the county, when you win the claimant will become one of your vassal barons. Then you can either create or usurp the title of the duchy of the new county and push "de sure" claims for your new duchy title.

Not sure how the "helping war" works with kings. Done it a few times playing as the king of Finland. Duchies still go independent. And then things go even worse and Poland conquers even more land which I was hoping to take from the Rus, lol.
