Games that can still be seen in store, but cannot be purchased..

i was just thinking about games like Prey and Anno 1404 (Dawn of Discovery) and both can be seen, but neither can be purchased. have any games that have been removed ever been made available again through Steam? just in general, not necessarily the two titles i used as examples.

Postal 3 was taken off for about two months. It's back now, but supposedly still buggy and broken.

i had heard this worked, but to be honest i just don't feel like registering my information with another website. i'll just keep my fingers crossed and hope that it returns soon. with a sequel in the works it's bound to happen sooner or later.
