Probably 30% to Steam/Valve and 70% to Microsoft. If they have some kind of royalty deal with Robot Entertainment that 70% might be further split up (I don't know and I doubt either party is at liberty to comment on that). If you want money in Robot Entertainment's pocket, go buy (and play) 'Orcs must die!', it's fun.

I'm actually guessing none is going to Robot at the point, as they gave up maintaining it.
