I've been getting massive frame lag since the update - previously getting 300fps on Train, now getting 50-150fps on Lake, normally about 70 and feels really, really choppy. Nvidia GTX 590, latest drivers.
Anyway, upon playing with my in-game graphics settings my AK47 started flickering and I had no HUD. When I right clicked, my gun actually moved forward, like I was zooming or something. It's like it was bouncing back and forth between the old gun height and the new height in the patch:
