Ok guys, with the third back weapon still being fairly underpowered and Valve being well and truly bad at this, I think we can say that the best option is to play mix'n'match with the stats and giving one of the weapon's stats to the other two, and then making it a reskin of one of the others, rather than letting Valve try to remake them.
So, the options are:
Darwin's Dangershield = reskin
Razorback = +25hp + current
Cozy Camper = +25hp + current
Razorback = reskin
Darwin's Dangershield = blocks one backstab + current
Cozy Camper = blocks one backstab + current
Cozy Camper = reskin
Darwin's Dangershield = less knockback and slower move while zoomed + current
Razorback = less knockback and slower move while zoomed + current

I vote for the first one (there was NO bias in how I ordered these) because the Cozy Camper is actually a new and unique item, and giving more weapons the ability to counter a single class is just stupid.

Before I say anything else, do you know it's bugged and you currently move a lot slower than you're supposed to?

Yes I do, and I know that not flinching is an extremely powerful thing for a sniper, but the stats really look a lot more like a sniper rifle unlock rather than a secondary, especially when you consider that all secondary weapons for the sniper are based around self defense and staying alive, apart from the only good unlock, jarate, which still has self defense capabilities.
What you are trading your secondary for is a bonus for your primary that also make you slightly more vulnerable. this might work for other classes but the sniper's primary is almost useless for self defense.

I won't be able to judge properly until I can use it post-fix. But for now, I enjoy it. Flinching is a big problem for this thing to fix, and the knockback resistance is a bonus if some Soldiers or Demos try to spam at me but are unable to hit me directly before I can run to safety.
The movement speed led to some issues when there were other Snipers, but aside from that my quick scopes were dealt no harm, and I could usually take out other Snipers regardless.
It will be a touch choice for me between it and my SMG. I have also never used the Jarate before. I would much prefer if there was no downside, or if it was reduced to about a 30% movement penalty, as it already has the unlisted downside of not being the SMG/Jarate.
At least it's not the Razorback.

Honestly, I really don't care about it.
It'll probably just develop more bad habits for new snipers.
