Alt click: Sniper drinks bottle of Jarate restoring 65% health
Allies hit by jarate gain 10% health.
Enemies remained jarate'd 50% less.

Looks: A bottle of soda (but we all know it's not soda)! Simple idea. Thoughts and opinions?

seriously you should look at some of those achievements before you spout absolutes

I'm guessing he means that the Jarate stays on enemies for half the normal duration (5 seconds instead of 10).
