Savior of Swine achievement not working?

Saved all of Hugo's pikkards.


I got all 4 leafs from the mountain and gave them to Hugo but didn't get the achievement. This was pre-patch that came out ~15 hours ago.

If the patch fixed this, can I load up an old save file to get this achievement then?

Yes, the patch fixed it. Yes, you can load up an old save file to get it if the save file is before turning in the last leaf.
