Failed to Find Steam

I just bought this because of the sale and it won't launch. I get the same error for setup and for execution:

Hi. I had the same problem and solved it using the instructions given in the following address:

I used "Add Steam to Your Search Path", rebooted, and the game now works. Hope it works for you too.
