Xbox 360 Gamepad Support?

I didn't see it listed in the game details and I wanted to make sure a dual-stick gamepad would work with the game, specifically the 360 controller.

When using the 360 stick for movement, is the movement analogue or digital? Does moving the stick further from center cause the ship to move faster, or is movement speed the same regardless of distance from the center?

The stick movement is analogue. The game also supports digital input if you prefer.

Does the game support generic DirectInput joypads other than the 360 controller?

Perhaps it works with "x360ce"?
Testing right now.


[edit]: works with the Saitek P2700 without using any external software.
Note: in command option menu, got to use the keyboard arrows and enter key for remapping my pad.
