The screen blinks and I can't get it working

Hello... I usually try to find solutions before I post in Steam forums... but this problem i just have no idea how to fix!

The game starts up okay, but the screens just blinks black screen-normal game screen continuously and quite fast!

I somehow managed to change the setting to windowed but it didnt stop the crazy blinking
