Voice Chat error messages

Sorry if I missed something on here but I've been playing EQ2 since 9/20 and still can't get voice chat working. I'm getting a '1072/1074 error' message. I'd really like to get it working so if anyone has the answer to the problem please let me know. I've been trying to get it set up and searching for an answer for 6 months. I'm a gold member and don't like that the option is not available.

It probably means your firewall is blocking the port you need to have open for the voice chat to work. It may be necessary to contact SOE's customer service for further assistance, they do not monitor these forums.
