when will this game available in my country

i live in indonesia
and i want to play this game
i like this game very much :(
and its said ''this game is not avalaible in your country''
i try to open uk store, and install the game
but i still cant open the game -,-
what should i do to play this game in my country?
please everyone help me :)

Ask the Games for Windows Live forum for this game, not Steam. GFWL handles the IP blocking, not Steam.

White Castle is correct, unfortunately the game is only supported in LIVE supported regions.
(AOE3 is not region locked and available on Steam)
