Level 4 Time and Tides

Ok! I did the first puzzle with timing the throwing knife, and the second where you have to move with the trap doors and then throw anything so you can open the next door, but now I'm in a 5x5 room with a + going directly in the middle, but there's a portal which ports me back to the start in the middle. and a trap door under this port, i can't go anywhere as there all holes which lead back to the dungeon with a port to the start
Help please!
I also have a note stating "Never Forgive"

The goal for this dungeon is that you need all 4 scrolls in that 5x5 room with a plus.

So you have to go back to the main room with the 4 portals, and go into each one.
