less weapons now?

i used to play this a year ago, in the character creation (i was melee) you could choose axe, sword, katana, things like that, now you can only use katana, EVEN IF YOU ARE THE DUAL BLADE CLASS, you only use one blade -.- i havent started playing, say to me, can i change my weapons in-game without paying? im not the "never-pay" user, but pay to have dual blades in a dual blade class is stupid

As far as I know, you should be able to choose a number of weapons, if not right at the start, you will unlock new weapon costume items from quest rewards. Please note that in wielding one or two (the same!) blades in this game is determined by the skill you are using. In the character creator it will preview only one weapon in your hand. When you play and have the right skills (the dual blade class has this) your character will be using two blades.
