Color issues?

When I started the campaign, I get these color lighting issues on my computer.

has anyone else had this coloring problem?

My Specs:
AMD Athlon(tm)64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4600+ 2.41GHz
4GB RAM
Windows 7 64-Bit
Radeon x1950 XTX

I have the exact same issue on almost the exact same rig. Odd.
