I am having several issues with using my Saitek rudder pedals with this game.

1. Every time I open the game, the toe brakes are no longer mapped and I have to remap them.

2. If I hold either of the toe brakes down for even just a moment, the brakes snap back to off. Basically then whenever I try to stop in game, the brakes immediately turn off and I am no longer braking even though I am pushing the toe brakes.

I didn't have these issues in FSX and I know I have the latest drivers installed for the pedals. I've tried recalibrating the pedals in the game controller manager in windows and also tried modifying the deadzones with no luck. Any suggestions?

Could this have to do with the Smooth Braking characteristics in the game's options?

The same here and at a lot of others users... it has nothing to do with the Smoothness... but I think the reason is, that the left /right toe is just a button and no axis...

I hope it will be fixed in one of the next updates...

btw, the same with the trim - no axis - no possibility for a trimwheel... :(

Your pedals aren't the problem! The toe brakes not working with pedals is a known issue in MS Flight. Or a bug. No matter what brand of pedals you have, the toe brakes don't work as they should. So until MS fixes this, use something else to brake!

Thanks for responses and confirmations. It is good to know it wasn't just mine. I hope MS fixes this sometimes soon.

Has anyone with pedals tried adding a <repeat>32.000000</repeat> entry to the toe-brakes in the config file? I had to do that to make the triggers on my joysticks work for differential brakes.
