I have noticed lag during cut scenes.
Whenever the camera cuts to another position/angle I have a small delay from 1-3 sec during which the audio continues, but the screen stays still.
My drivers are up to date and my system is more then sufficient to run this game on max.
Anyone else getting this?

Yeah same here. The requirements are nowhere near reaching my PC specs but it still lags on that forest cutscene really bad. Even knocked resolution down to 640x480 and low textures but that didn't help. Going to have to wait for a patch before I continue unfortunately :(

I played a little further and the problem is only that bad in the forest cut scene, I can notice it in other scenes but it's nowhere near as bad.
I tried disabling Antialiasing and that did seem to help to some extent.

From what the official forums are saying, it appears to be a driver issue with only AMD video cards at the moment.

This doesn't seem to be true it happened on my EVGA GTX 460s but it was only in the forest cut scene

Strange as it primarily just AMD users who are posting so far about the problem. Only seen one NVidia user, other then you now, that is experiencing the same problem. In any case, hope it's fixed soon, as it really decreases the enjoyment when it hits. Luckily it seems to only really occur during that one scene in the forest, so I may just have to suffer through it lol.

Also, people are reporting that if shadows are turned off, it fixes the problem.

The forest chase stuttered quite a bit for me as well. (have Nvidia and my computer crushes the min requirements). The rest seemed fine though. I also had a bit of audio sounding strange a few times, but that might of been my headset.

Confirmed. I started over and there has been no lag or stuttering at all so far. Forest scene ran perfectly smooth.

I have the same problem, and I also have it on Back to the Future.
I'll try to turn off the shadows as well, because I really want to play more Telltale-games :-)

I noticed this too (radeon card here). I turned the shadows down from high to low which helped a little. There was only one little scene chatting to Lilly where the low shadow effects were noticeably poor.
Also seemed to get a little audio problem during the final scene. Just a little stutter but it makes me hope they'll find a way to fix whatever is causing these issues.

Seems like turning shadows to low works

I just played thru it as well and noticed the stuttering in most of the cutscenes. Pretty irritating, hopefully it'll be patched before the next episode hits. If I replay I'll try it with shadows off and see if that helps me too. I'm running a Radeon 6770 with everything set on high

Turning the shadows off fixed the problem for me. I just left them off the whole game because honestly I didn't pay too much attention to the shadows in this gmae.
