Binoculars melee replacement-

- standard scout melee function when mouse button 1 is pressed
( 30 damage, bat speed )
- Mouse button 2 however: would zoom in much like the sniper rifle, and in this zoomed screen you may view enemy health much like a spy. (may use while moving with no speed penalty)
- cannot view enemy health unless zoomed in

I think this replacement might serve as a nice alternative to the current bat upgrades. the way the viewing enemy health mechanic of this weapon is integrated is to promote skilful and informed decisions on pursing a fight, before a battle, or during a chase.
You can't use the mechanic effectively during a fight for obvious reasons.

most of the melee unlockable for the scout are straight upgrades, this is balanced towards the unlockables, not the vanilla.
