My record was about 50 hours. I was actually in pretty good shape except for being really drowsy and being unable to focus.
I stayed up for only 35 hours once though and I was experiencing mild hallucinations and what I think were probably frequent microsleeps.
What about you, SPUF?

Probably something like 20 hours, a couple years back. My driving was absolutely horrible the following morning, lucky I even made it to school in one piece.
Worked a 12 hour night shift (my last of four in a row) - staff didn't turn up for the day shift, ended up working a 12 hour day shift on top, went home and slept most of the way through my two days off.
That was about 18 years ago while working for my parents.

Around 38 hours back in my early teens, and never again. Ever since, I've trained my body so I don't stay awake for more than 16 hours straight, and I believe my health is much better now than when I used to pull all-nighters regularly, in spite of the age difference.
My record was about 50 hours. I was actually in pretty good shape except for being really drowsy and being unable to focus.
Yeah, I don't count that as "pretty good shape".

More than 2 days, around 50 hours. Finals week during my first year of graduate school. It was pretty bad. I couldn't keep my head up in class and was hallucinating from the lack of sleep.

Longest I ever stayed up is 2 hours.
The longest I've ever stayed awake, about 30 hours.
I'm not sure I've ever made it past 24 hours. I enjoy sleep.

First thought, I don't remember.
Second thought, I don't remember because it's never been a fun time.
Third thought, I can't remember anybody ever saying anything remotely like It was great.

55-65 hours back in middle school. Things got kinda hazy and it hurt to look at anything bright, so I lost track.
It was due to something in my chest hurting pretty badly. Thinking back, I probably broke a rib when I fell. Not much I could've done about it anyway. :P

4 years ago, I was part of a group of 3 putting in carpet at a Nordstroms store. Night, I was working from 6 PM to 5 AM, then school from 8 AM to 4 PM. Lasted about 2 weeks. 3 days in a row, I simply skipped sleep in favor of a shower or something like that. The entire job paid well (somewhere in the range of 12-13K for the whole thing) but the entire 2 weeks felt like a dream.
And my girlfriend can barely get through the day without falling asleep, and she often sleeps in past afternoon!!!
Speaking of lack of sleep, anyone ever hear of Fatal Familial Insomnia. Gruesome disease, and not one I'd wish on even my worst enemy. Death due to lack of sleep.

About 24 hours, give or take an hour either way. But I don't really like staying up for prolonged periods of time... it screws with my brain, and I always end up doing or saying something stupid that I'll regret later.
I once went a week without sleeping....
I tried to sleep, but simply couldn't... Was going through a rough patch...

I used to do 13-14 hour shifts every weekend for the whole of December in my old job. So that plus time I was awake before, probably 18 hours.
Also about 26 hours when I used to DJ - That was my upper limit. Any more and I'd not be able to function lol

27 hours when I went to Malaysia for my work. Combination of getting out of bed early, jetlag, unable to sleep in a 12 hour flight, 5 hours of transit in London and not going to sleep when we arrived at 7am in Kuala Lumpur kept me up for that long. I tried to stay awake till the evening because I had to try and force a normal sleep rythm on me since I was there for work and not on vacation.
I was playing on the DS to stay awake, and I noticed how sometimes Mario got hit or fell in a pit simply because I went through a few seconds of microsleep. When I went to sleep, I think I fell asleep in less than a minute.
It was terrible. Never again.

I had the mishap to stumble across this little party back in my youth:

Also the one the following week.

Exhausted, your brain simply just doesn't want to process anything anymore, you see a spot where it might look comfy and proceed to pass out.
The first: Our family opened a CD shop, there were over 10 000 discs to label with price tags. (Suffice to say, if a policeman tried to take my fingerprints, he would have found none, on any of my fingers) After that was finished, the shop still had to open and sell CD's. :)
The second time: Was when a virus broke out on a companies network which I worked for, over 60% of the computer systems were infected. Guess who was the only Systems Administrator / Engineer / Techie (Pretty much all-in-one) in the company? :(

I'd estimate around about 30-something hours. But the least amount of sleep I've gotten within 4 or 5 days is probably something in the region of 3-4 hours. Fun times.

A 72 hour shift + ~3/4hours traveling time (caught perhaps 30mins nap during traveling).
Absolutely dead when I finally got back home but the bumper wage slip at the end of the month made it all worthwhile.
This was a couple of decades ago, there's no way I'd manage it nowadays.

5 1/2 days. Straight.
After 5 days, it was the boredom that got to me and I passed out. I could have went longer.
After I hit the 24-30 hour mark, I don't feel it anymore, like when your hungry for so long, then your just, not anymore.

Yeah, once you hit a certain threshold, it's actually pretty easy to stay awake for quite some time.
Anyways, I *think* my record is around 50 hours. When I got my Playstation 1 way back when, I played through Final Fantasy 7 straight through in just over 45 hours. I don't think I even stopped for food, now that I come to remember it.
At my old job as a croupier, I used to have to commute into London from Slough. The problem was that every week I had to do a night shift followed by a day shift. In other words:
Wake up at 5pm on Day1.
Leave the house at 6:30pm on Day1.
Get into work at 7:30pm on Day1.
Leave work at 3:30am on Day2.
Catch the first train at 6:30am on Day2.
Get home at 7:30am on Day2.
Think, "There's no damn point in going to sleep. I'd have to wake up in 90 minutes."
Leave the house at 10:30am on Day2.
Get into work at 11:30am on Day2.
Leave work at 8:30pm on Day2.
Get home at 9:30pm on Day 2.
Be asleep at 9:32pm on Day2. :)
That was once every 6 days for 2 years. That sort of longterm sleep deprivation ♥♥♥♥ed me up in ways I don't even wanna talk about. >_>

Around 40 hours for me, but that was because I was too excited to sleep as I was waiting on the release of GTA San Andreas.
I then played it for 25 mins and passed out :[
About 40 hours I think.
That was a few years ago though, I seem to be more tired these days, doubt I would make it to 24 without nodding off.

There were actual demons playing frisbee on my eyelids.
One of them was a girl who kept giggling and spilling her drink.
