crash to blue screen

Any input to game controls was causing windows default beep to ding, very annoying in game. I unplugged and replugged the usb for my logitech controler when the computer crashed to blue screen. Just as a warning to anyone in a similiar situation.
I pinpointed the ding noise to the 'windows defualt beep' in the control panel in sounds and changed the 'ding' to 'none' so I am going to see if that has worked.

It turns out the beeping only occurs if the game launches buggy. I never actualy got to test changing the windows default noise to 'none' since my controller quit working at all and when I restarted my computer looking for a fix, the game played fine from launch without the sound fix.
