Morale

Uhm I have been trying to figure out what morale does. Obviously it is a modifier, but what and by how much?

There was a post by iceklee about the Morale. According to him

Morale is a very important stat. Good morale gives a +10% bonus to all stats and very good gives +20%. Very good morale is like being an expert skill level in all skills. Also, very good morale allows you to run silently at 90agi, 90 stealth which saves 20 points that would need to get 100/100. FYI

I guess bad morale works the other way around.

So you should check out your mercs' morale once in a while while gaming.. :)
