can't join any official server, can't find a friends server by name on the list. Nor I cant invite to play via steam function (its says: the server is not respondig or smthnig)

I can join official ones, but can't join friend hosted ones like you, I assume its because ports need to be forwarded. Since its unreal you might just have to forward the standard ports that engine uses?
