No Manual Transmission ?

Hello.
I've played the demo and really liked the physics. But I can't find "Manual Transmission (MT)" in Options menu and anywhere.
As far as I remember, old "Ridge Racer Series" have MT. And thinking of the developer of this game is Bugbear, "Flatout" series have MT too.
Is this the same in the Full version ? ... or is there any other way to MT ON ?

Thanks for your reply, Ceiling_Cat.
I think this game has very good arcade style physics with some realistic feelings. Thus, no MT is really shame for me.
I hope the Bugbear will add MT feature once again in the next title.
