Fleet size?

Is there a technology or hero attribute I can buy/upgrade to increase the number of command points in a fleet or is it decided by race? Would like to increase the number of ships in my fleets!

Command Points can be increased through research so that you can have bigger fleets.

Are you permitted to be more specific? The search function requires you to know the name of the technology, rather than its function.

An ingame reference encyclopedia would go down well for us micromanagers.

Also - any way of creating keyboard shortcuts to open the menus at the top of the screen?

I think if you search C3, C4, and C5 you'll get the key CP increases. I agree we need a more transparent way to show this.

Another way to find them is to know they are in the left tree usually along the top edge of it IIRC.
