For some reason Warp runs worse for me than any other Unreal Engine 3 game, despite the requirements not being very high. My system isn't the greatest in the world (C2D E8400 3ghz, 4gb RAM, 6770 1gb) but it's more than enough to comfortably run Mass Effect 1-3, both Batman games and Alpha Protocol, yet Warp frequently dips to 20 FPS and sometimes even lower.

Turning the resolution down doesn't do much, so I'm guessing this is a CPU limitation rather than the graphics card. How's the performance for anyone else using a dual core?

Some .ini tweaks would be greatly appreciated too.

I have exactly the same CPU and a similar GPU (6850) and the framerate regularly dips as if its loading but I have it on an SSD so it should be a none issue. I suspect it's to do with the streaming as you play design of the Unreal Engine. Not sure why it affects this game so badly.

I kinda love the game anyway but it would be awesome with a solution to this!

Figured out a "fix" for the massive fps drops, In your Steam library rightclick Warp goto Properties, and uncheck "Enable Steam Community In Game", close and launch the game. I went from 10-15 fps to over 100.

Interesting. I'll try this if I notice any drops. I'm honestly surprised by how many problems people are having with this game. I have yet to have any issues at all involving frame rate drop or anything else.
