Preorder DLC

Did everyone who pre-ordered get their DLC for free? I see it listed but with a charge to download it. Anything I'm missing? This is my first DLC on Steam so maybe I am missing something obvious.

Right click on the game in your Steam library, select Properties, then choose the last tab "DLC" you should see a list, containing one entry.

As for the DLC itself, you can select it when choosing your wizzard. The DLC consists of two unit perks that can be selected for 5 points each.

So as long as that is listed, then the DLC is downloaded and ready to use, correct? You'd think the store wouldn't give you the option to buy it then, but as long as it's working correctly, cool!

Yes, the DLC is always installed with the game. The reason you can still buy it, is that you could gift a new bought copy or to trade with someone else.
