Portals 2 Appcrash

I have a problem with launch the Portals 2
the game chash just after the mensage box "lauch portals 2"

follows the picture of the problem

O.S windows seven ultimate 64 bits

I have the latest driver for my video card (7970)

dx and also updated C + +

I've even downloaded the game several times to rule out errors, corrupt files and others. Already read some posts about errors in the Portals 2, but my not fit in any.

I hope someone has the solution.

seems removing this CAP (Catalyst Application Profiles) might do the trick.

Ty for the help man , i remove the Catalist Aplication Profiles , restart the system and my Portals 2 run so good.
