This is a suggestion that will only affect those who leave the game early, and not those who ragequit in the middle of the game.
If someone leaves the game while all turrets on both teams stands, it's possible to invite an other player to replace the leaver.
As it looks to me, it's be fair for a team, if they was capable of inviting a new player if someone leaves while all turrets still stands. In this way, you can't get free wins for players (maybe on your friends list), by inviting them to the very last moment of the game.
Before a turret is taken down, it's still not entirely possible to judge which team is going to win.
Also, it'd be good with a votekick option. Any player can votekick any player, but if you votekick someone from your own team, only the team gets to decide if they want him kicked. That is to make sure the other team (in case of everyone gets to vote), won't be capable of voting no for the kick, if a team tries to kick their AFK player out.
I've also heard that crashes is a problem, the suggestion about having a new player join may be appropiate in these cases.
What do you think?
