Just so everyone is clear, if you change FPS=fixed in config.ini it will AUTOMATICALLY reset back to variable. Thus making that one teleport bug thread void. Fixed has nothing to do with making the bug worse because it resets back to variable. If anything variable makes it worse.

Someone made a thread here or on capcom unity stating that setting FPS to fixed would make teleporting worse, but the game aways resets it back to variable. Thus it has nothing to do with the glitch. All I know is I want a refund.

I've changed my config.ini and now this says FIXED everytime.
I think you must put the file as "only read" in windows properties.

But it still won't fix the teleport since the teleport got nothing to do with the FPS. SFxT sports a rollback engine (something like GGPO but not GGPO) so it is a netcode problem. Thinking that the teleporting makes it better or worse is just the placeboeffect.
The sound bug is caused by the same thing btw. I guess they didn't want to have the same problem like they had in SF3SO where some sounds are playing but the rollback makes them invalid. Lot's of people had complained back then that it is annoying when the game says "KO" but continues.
