Technical Issues

Hey guys, are there any known technical issues with the game in regards to certain comp hardware? I have a friend who no matter what mode she plays or whether its online/offline she gets really crappy and inconsistent frames (Between 5 and 30 FPS, although 95% of the time its under 10). However every other game like TF2, BF3, pretty much everything we have played together we have no technical issues and the latency for the most part is a non-issue.

She has the latest GPU drivers and we tried verifying the cache of game so everything appears ok.

So any advice on what we can do or is this something we have to wait for the devs to patch themselves?

Only real suggestion is just try to get her to drop all her video settings as low as she can. Her processor and RAM are up to par with recommended but she's pretty low on her video card spectrum. I have 2 GTX 590's and I still get dropped down to about 10 FPS in large rooms with fog and visual effects.
