Totally unplayabe on gtx 680?! 10 fps

W..T..F???!!! I get 10 F'n fps even on the lowest settings. I have disabled everything in nvidia control panel to make it as ugly and easy as possible to run. I paid 50 dollars for a game I cannot play at all.. This is totally unacceptable.. I play Skyrim maxed, with mods that make real life look ugly..

There are FPS issues, but 10 FPS sounds REALLY low, especially for a card like that. Are you playing single player or online? Also what CPU and RAM amounts do you have? And are you using a 32 bit or 64 bit OS? Also are you not downloading anything else while you are playing online? Sometimes even resetting your cable modem will fix online play lag issues if you haven't done that in a few weeks.

Mine was actually pretty laggy the first time I played too, and I've got that same graphics card. I set it to low settings, and like you said it was still going at 10 fps. All I did was restart my computer and I started getting 40. Was it right after you finished installing the game? I can't imagine why else this'd be the case, but even so you should still try something else, cause mine works fine.

My system flies through skyrim maxed+++.

I tried restarting and reinstalling.. etc etc etc.. I build and tech support pc's and I can almost always fix issues like this.
Yea it was right after I installed the game but it keeps happening. I just can't play it at all like this..Been trying for hours.

I'm sry but was this wasn't a topic about "please tell me how great your system runs this game" lol.
I had an issue and solved it, after hours of tinkering in files and posted the fix, for anyone else who has this issue.

The game will drop fps only when enemies spawn, also its not optimised.
