Yeah, I think it's the acceleration thats giving me trouble. The mouse feels ... hard to control. Like you turn not enough, or too much etc.

It helps a bit to turn the in-game sensitivity way down and then adjust the mouse dpi to compensate.

You can right-click to backtrack through menus. Most of them, at least. There's a couple that just flat-out require you to press Escape (even though that doesn't actually work for any of the others).
