Problems with Steam

So just started playing the game (it's surprisingly good by the way, been wanting a full WWII Arma for a while now) and have noticed that there are problems with the game and Steam working together. The game runs fine on Steam, BUT when I'm playing the game my friends just see 'is playing a game' not 'is playing Iron Front: Liberation 1944'. Also, my profile on Steam says I haven't played the game, or even own it and when I upload screenshots they aren't displayed on my profile, what's the deal? I know these are minor issues, but still annoying nonetheless.

yeah im getting the same problems my steam profile says I dont own the game. I hope this is fixed.

Your piccies are going private instead of public and cant be changed for some reason!
One of my friends shows up as not having it even though I got the message that he had bought it?
Having got past the whack a price problem ( it would appear and disappear) it seems steam doesn't want this game to do well.
